ELS site measurement is a technical design survey — it captures the dimensions, levels and site conditions the design, specification and coordination are built on. That is different from the free in-home product measurement ALUMAX runs in Sibu to prepare a product-supply quote. The ELS survey is paid and creditable on confirmation — free only for selected Sibu projects or confirmed ALUMAX projects; a travel fee applies for outstation Sarawak locations. Final quotation depends on site measurement, material selection, approved scope, access condition and final technical requirements. Full coordination is quoted by project scope.

Consultation, measurement or design support fees may be credited toward confirmed ELS or ALUMAX managed projects, subject to approved scope and confirmation terms.
