The detail
- Required inputs

- After sign-off, the first 2 major changes are included; further major changes are charged per the approved offer terms.

- Product supply and installation, which is ALUMAX's scope; Construction-standard drawings outside ALUMAX scope; Multi-trade site coordination — that is Renovation Coordination; The ELS technical site survey, which is charged separately.
- Who executes
- ELS produces the specification; it does not build. ALUMAX supplies and installs its own products under its own warranty, and every other trade — electrical, plumbing, tiling, ceiling, waterproofing — is contracted directly by you, to this specification.
- Fee basis & payment
- Per room, at the published rate, payable per the approved offer terms.
