Foreman sheet
Datum & set-outWorktop datum 900mm above the high point of the retained tiled floor. Scribe to walls that run out of true by up to 8mm.
Build sequence- Confirm all services are roughed to the M&E overlay before any carcass is set.
- Pressure-test the plumbing and sign it off before anything is boxed in.
- Set the wet-run carcasses first — level, plumb and anchor before moving on.
- Template the worktop only after the carcasses are fixed.
- Hang wall cabinets to the 1500mm datum line.
- Fit the hood and set the appliance gaps to the confirmed models.
- Seal, then snag against the QC sheet.
- Carcass level ±2mm over the run.
- Door and drawer gaps 3mm ±0.5mm.
- Worktop overhang 20mm to the door face.
- Stop valves under the sink base.
- Hood isolator switch.
- Appliance plugs and dedicated circuits.
- Service positions match the M&E overlay.
- Plumbing pressure test passed.
- Wet-zone carcass is Full aluminium or ACP.
- Wet-area floor falls toward the drain.
QC sheet
