The colour, finish and material direction for the property, chosen for moisture zone, climate and daily use — so every surface is decided against one system.
Specification
The level a contractor prices and builds from.

Room specification
Room by room: what is built, its sizes, internals, hardware and appliance gaps — locked before production.

Material schedule
Every material by location and moisture zone — substrate, finish and edge — so nothing is left to the installer to guess.

Elevation
The dimensioned front view of each built element, with heights, alignments and junctions set before fabrication.

M&E plan
Sockets, switches, lights, water points and appliance positions, coordinated against the joinery and the layout before wiring.
Coordination
So the trades build to one approved scope.

Coordination notes
Who does what, in what order, and where trades meet — the instructions that keep cabinets, ceiling, electrical and finishes from clashing.

Procurement schedule
What to order, from where, and when it must arrive to hold the build sequence — ready-stock and indent items flagged apart.
