The detail
- Required inputs
- Property type, rooms, photos, rough dimensions and your style references.
- Expected duration
- Set on the approved brief — it depends on the number of rooms and depth.
- Decision stages
- Brief → design direction → sign-off before you spend on a quotation.
- You approve
- The style and the whole-property colour & material direction.
- Revisions
- After sign-off, the first 2 major changes are included; further major changes are charged per the approved offer terms.
- Not included
- Product supply and installation, which is ALUMAX's scope; ELS technical site survey, feasibility check and specification; Construction drawings; Multi-trade coordination; Anything outside the agreed direction.
- Who executes
- Nobody builds from this service. It settles the direction; the products are supplied and installed by ALUMAX, and any other trade is appointed by you — once a specification exists to build from.
- Fee basis & payment
- Fixed fee for the room count agreed, payable per the approved offer terms.
