From floor plan to handover.
One clear path, whether you buy a single product or run a whole multi-trade renovation. ELS routes the project, plans it, and coordinates it so the rooms, products and trades work from the same information before work begins.

Submit floor plan, photos and budget
Send what you have — a floor plan, phone photos of the space, and a rough budget. Sketches and approximate numbers are enough to start.

ELS routes the project
We read it and decide what you actually need. A simple product order goes straight to ALUMAX; a complex or multi-trade project stays with ELS for planning and coordination.

Resolve the design level
First, the functional direction. Product already defined? Continue with ALUMAX. Layout or specification still open? Design + Specification. Several trades whose work depends on each other? Renovation Coordination. The visual style — one of the five languages, at Essential, Signature or Bespoke — is chosen once that direction is set, not before.

Approve design direction
You sign off the colour, material and layout direction before any technical work begins, so technical work starts from a direction you have confirmed.

Technical development
ELS works out the specifications, dimensions, material by moisture zone, and the socket, lighting, water-point and appliance positions — the detail that makes it buildable.

ALUMAX or contractors execute
ALUMAX supplies and installs the cabinets, doors, windows and office systems; any other trades are coordinated to the same approved scope.

Review and handover
Work is checked at key stages against the approved specification, then handed over with the documentation behind it.
