You choose how organised. Not which basket.
Asked to pick from a hundred inserts, anyone picks badly and slowly — and no two kitchens come out the same. So ELS does not hand you a hardware catalogue. You choose a storage tier, and the accessories are specified for you from the room, the budget and the style.
It is the same three tiers as the material budget, not a second ladder to learn — the Comfort tier already promised better internal accessories; this is what that means.
Rentals, budget projects, and anyone who intends to upgrade later.
Price impact: Lowest entry price
Most homeowners. Storage becomes noticeably more practical without moving the price much.
Price impact: Low
The default recommendation — the tier where the improvement is immediately obvious in daily use.
Price impact: Moderate
Projects where every movement is optimised and the interior is part of the finish.
Price impact: Highest
Every part of the cabinet moves up together.
The industry upsells parts you cannot value — a hinge, a corner. ELS upsells the outcome and specifies the parts behind it. This is the cabinet ELS supplies and installs; plumbing, electrical, tiling and appliances are coordinated separately.
| Subsystem | Standard | Comfort | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cabinet material | P6 particle board, dry zones | E1 plywood or ACP where wet | Honeycomb aluminium in wet zones |
| Hardware | Standard soft-close | Premium soft-close hinges and runners | Full-extension runners and lift systems |
| Doors & handles | Standard Gola profile | Premium continuous profile | Integrated edge pull, concealed joints |
| Storage accessories | Adjustable shelves and dividers | Pull-outs and organisers | Boutique organisation throughout |
| Cabinet lighting* | None (ceiling light only) | Under-cabinet and shelf LED | Drawer, toe-kick and pantry LED |
| Corner | Dead corner | Magic corner | Premium articulated corner system |
| Pantry | Shelves | Internal pull-outs | Full-height pull-out larder |
| Wardrobe | Hanging and shelves | Daily dressing organisation | Boutique dressing fit-out |
| TV cabinet* | Cable routing | AV pull-out and cable management | Concealed AV rack and cooling |
| Laundry & utility | Shelves | Utility organisation | Complete utility fit-out |
| Serviceability* | Standard access | Easy servicing | Everything removable, no dismantling |
| Installation standard | Standard install | Laser-aligned, premium silicone | Shadow gaps, aluminium trims, invisible finishing |
- Cabinet lighting: Cabinet-integrated only — ceiling circuits and switching are an electrical trade.
- TV cabinet: ELS supplies the joinery; the AV equipment and its power are separate.
- Serviceability: ELS's own standard — removable fillers, driver and LED access, service panels.
The same three tiers, read for each room.
A tier is not a fixed parts list — it is what the room is for at that level. That keeps one familiar structure across the whole project while the fit-out stays appropriate to the room.

One system. Two choices.
Offering thirty to fifty handle options is the standard mistake — it creates decision fatigue and inconsistent kitchens. The style sets the finish; you choose Standard or Premium.
| Style | Standard (included) | Premium upgrade |
|---|---|---|
| Warm Wood Modern | Matte black or dark bronze Gola | Matte black or dark bronze integrated edge pull |
| Muji Japandi | Minimal black Gola | Slim matte black edge pull |

| Simple Modern Minimalist | Matte black Gola | Matte black premium Gola — continuous profile, concealed joints |
| Scandinavian | Titanium grey Gola | Titanium grey integrated edge pull |
| Corporate & Commercial | Matte black Gola | Matte black integrated edge pull |
The finish is read off the project, not chosen by mood — if these are present, that is the finish.

An engineering decision applied by the system, not a question put to you.
| Cabinet | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Base cabinets | Horizontal Gola | Premium continuous Gola with concealed joints |
| Wall cabinets | Bottom Gola | Same profile with premium lift mechanisms |
| Tall light cabinets | Vertical Gola | Integrated aluminium edge pull |
| Heavy pantry pull-outs | Integrated aluminium edge pull — alwaysrule | Premium pull-out system with integrated edge pull |
The upgrade has to earn its price through ergonomics, detailing and hardware grade — not appearance alone.
| Component | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Gola profile | Standard aluminium | Precision continuous aluminium profile |
| Lift system | Standard soft-close | Blum Aventos or equivalent premium |
| Hinges | Standard soft-close | Blum Clip Top Blumotion or equivalent |
| Drawer runners | Standard undermount | Premium undermount, full extension |
| Tall pantry | Standard pull-out | Premium pull-out with integrated edge pull |
- No exposed bar handles in the six core styles. Visible bar handles are reserved for industrial kitchens, commercial pantries and utility rooms.
- One continuous profile finish throughout. Do not mix matte black Gola with champagne bar handles, or titanium Gola with brushed aluminium pulls. The finish stays consistent.
- Ergonomics outrank visual consistency. If a heavy pantry pull-out needs an integrated edge pull, it gets one — even where the rest of the kitchen runs Gola. The visual difference is slight; the difference in use is not.
