How every completed ELS project will be documented.
The record every completed ELS project will carry — the initial problem, the actual measurement, the approved drawings, site and completed photography, the QC checklist and a verified client quote. The samples below show that structure; real photography and quotes are added only once verified.
This library is being populated with verified projects. Each completed job will be captured at 13 stages — before photos through to professional finished photography, the QC checklist and a verified client quote. The cards below show that record structure; the photography and quotes are added as each project is documented. How we document every project
What counts as evidence
Completed projects
None yetA job that was built, photographed after handover and signed off — with the QC record and the client's own words behind it.
None published yet. ELS will not publish one until the four proof stages, client-approved photography, a verified client quote and the QC record all exist — /projects sets out that standard in full. A project is shown as completed only when every one of them is in place.
Showroom installations
None yetBuilt work you can stand in front of at Lanang — the same products and details, installed and touchable, without a client's home being involved.
Not published on the site yet. A limited preview of the showroom can be visited by appointment now; what is missing is the photographed, captioned record of what is installed in it.
Design studies
5Concept work — a real Sarawak problem worked through to a resolved design, with the reasoning shown. A study is never a photograph of something built, however convincing the image.
