Our documentation standard

Every project, documented at 13 stages.

A real, well-documented job builds more trust than a hundred concept renders. So we capture every ELS project the same way — from the room as we found it, through the approved drawing and the fabrication floor, to the QC checklist and the finished photography. This is the standard; the Real Project Library shows it applied.

  1. 01

    Before

    5–10 photos

The room exactly as we found it — the honest starting point.

  2. 02

    Measurement

    Measurement sheet

Every dimension taken on site, not assumed.

  3. 03

    Design

    Render

The agreed look, before a single panel is cut.

  4. 04

    Technical

    Approved drawing

The signed-off drawing production works to.

  5. 05

    Material

    Material schedule

Exactly what goes in — grade, finish and quantity.

  6. 06

    Production

    2–5 fabrication photos

The panels being built to the approved drawing.

  7. 07

    Installation

    5–10 installation photos

The fit-out on site, step by step.

  8. 08

    QC

    Checklist

The signed quality checklist — snags and all.

  9. 09

    Finished

    Professional photography

    The completed room, properly shot.

  10. 10

    Client

    Short quote / testimonial

The client's own words, verified before use.

  11. 11

    Commercial

    Value band

An honest range, never a fabricated exact figure.

  12. 12

    Timeline

    Actual weeks

How long it really took, start to handover.

  13. 13

    After-sales

    Any snag + resolution

What came back, and how we closed it.

This is the standard we hold every ELS project to. Photography, QC checklists and client quotes are published only once verified — nothing is presented as a finished project until it is one.
