ELS Budget — Design & Budget Planning
Explore design choices and spending together, deciding what to prioritise, adjust or phase.
Six answers before you enquire
- The problem it solves
- Design choices and spending are often settled separately, so a design can reach quotation before its priorities are clear.
- Who it is for
- Clients who want to compare priorities, scope, finishes and phasing while the design develops.
- What is included
- An assisted planning enquiry. You share your own budget figure and priorities, and ELS talks through with you what to prioritise, adjust or phase as the design develops, using your brief and room decisions. The scope and any fee are confirmed with you in writing before any work starts; nothing is calculated or priced on this page.
- Separate or to be confirmed
- ELS Budget gives no renovation total, range, contingency figure or quotation, and no ELS Budget fee is published. Paid design work is ELS Studio's, at its published fees. Contractors, ALUMAX and ELS Source quote their own work.
- How it relates to the other services
- ELS Budget works alongside ELS Studio, so the design and the spending plan develop together. ELS+ delivers the build when commissioned, ELS Source sources specialist materials as needed, by quotation, and ALUMAX supplies and installs its specified products.
- What you can do next
- Use “Plan my design and budget” to open an assisted enquiry. Nothing is calculated or priced on this page.
An enquiry, Pre-Check or brief does not reserve a start date; dates are set in your written quotation or proposal.
