ELS · Decision Pack

Your Project Decision Pack

Your decisions are grouped into short A4 approval sheets, each backed by the drawings and schedules it refers to. You approve one group at a time, instead of signing once for a whole kitchen.

Who approves, and who verifies

clients approve their requirements, selections, appearance, budget and agreed scope. ELS and the relevant specialists verify technical suitability and buildability.

Decision-set demonstrations help explain choices; the written approval remains the project record, whether a demonstration is used or not.

How the pack works where ELS is engaged

  1. A sheet is prepared for each group of decisions, with the drawing and specification references it relies on.
  2. You review it and sign the printed or PDF A4 sheet. ELS records the signed copy against the exact revision you signed.
  3. Technical review is a separate status from your approval. A sheet can be approved by you and still be waiting for technical review.
  4. If a selection or a dimension changes, every sheet it touches is flagged and a new revision is opened. A signature on an earlier revision does not approve the change.
  5. You can see your pack, its revisions and the decisions still open, read-only, through your private link. ELS does not take uploads from you on this site.

A sheet's status

  • Draft
  • Internal Review
  • Awaiting Client Approval
  • Approved
  • Superseded

What every sheet contains

  • Project, room, sheet ID, revision and date
  • Decision being approved, expressed plainly
  • Selected option and exact specification references
  • Annotated image/drawing, with dimensions where relevant
  • Included scope, exclusions and unresolved items
  • Cost and timing consequences, where applicable
  • Referenced attachments and their revisions
  • Client approval, prepared-by and technical-review fields, as required
  • Demonstration record: physical sample, decision board, render, video, or written explanation only

Some approvals happen later

For example, countertop templating may follow cabinet installation. The pack identifies that separate approval instead of implying every fabrication dimension was settled at the first design meeting.
