The Complete ELS Engagement has fixed fees, capped by home type (RM10k mid-terrace, RM20k corner, RM25k semi-detached, RM50k bungalow) or 8% of total project cost, whichever is lower. The individual add-ons are scoped per job — no fixed list price. Firm published starting points elsewhere: Style Adaptation from RM800, Design + Specification from RM1,500, and a site measurement from RM300 (Sibu) or RM500 (outstation), creditable on confirmation.
