Yes. ELS is a design and coordination studio based in Sibu, Sarawak, and works across the state — Kuching, Bintulu, Miri, Mukah and Kapit — for selected projects by appointment.

ELS plans your layout, specifies materials and fittings, and coordinates the trades to one approved scope — before any building starts. We are not a contractor; the trade works are carried out by appointed specialists or ALUMAX, all built to the same drawings and standard.

ELS design and coordination starts from RM800 (excl. SST), depending on scope. It covers paid consultation, measurement and design support — and selected fees may be credited toward a confirmed ELS or ALUMAX managed project. A final construction cost can only be confirmed after site measurement.

Yes — ELS coordinates the build rather than carrying it out. We can appoint suitable specialist trades, or coordinate your own foreman or contractor against the approved drawings, specifications and trade matrix, so everyone works to the same scope and the quotations stay comparable.

Sibu's humidity, monsoon rain, heat and terrace/shophouse layouts create risks a generic renovation plan misses — swelling cabinets, waterproofing failures, trapped damp and sun-warped finishes. Resolving material, ventilation and waterproofing decisions on paper first is what prevents costly rework here.

Yes. ELS works in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), and all documents can be prepared bilingually so every decision is clear to you and to the trades.
