The ground decides before the finish does.

A deck, a cladding run or a gate post that bears on the ground can move differently from the house beside it — and no finish, WPC or aluminium included, is the structure underneath it. This form collects what you can see and what you already know about your site, then tells you one thing: whether an engineer should look at it before anything is specified.
