Consequential work

Power and data routing along the bench must be planned, plus a separate quiet space.

Best for

Teams that work in small groups — a balance of contact and separation.

Watch out

Circulation between clusters eats floor area; the plan needs checking, not assuming.

Cable routing to each cluster is a separate run; confirm floor or ceiling delivery.

Narrow plans and along-the-wall arrangements.

Watch out

Everyone faces the same way — it can read institutional without relief.

Wall-mounted power is fixed early; changing the run later is rewiring.
