Who does what, in what order, and who's accountable — across the three ways to work with ELS, every project type, and every trade. The one rule under all of it: responsibility follows the approved quotation, drawings and written scope. Anything not listed is not automatically included.

Every route is led by ELS and adds scope as the project gets harder — from resolving the design, to having ALUMAX supply it, to coordinating every trade's information to one plan.

A product quotation is not a whole-renovation quotation.
An ALUMAX product quotation covers ALUMAX's products only. Under Design & Specification, an ELS fee is a design service fee — never the renovation construction price. Under ELS+, the price of the contracted works is a project-basis quotation set in your proposal, and any design, assessment or management fee is confirmed in your written proposal.
Service route and product tier are different decisions.
The route is how much ELS does. Essential · Signature · Bespoke is a separate axis — the ALUMAX product specification level. FLYHOME is ALUMAX's own Ready-to-Assemble modular cabinetry, supplied and warranted by ALUMAX.

ELS+ Renovation Delivery

ELS+ works are contracted by ELS Design and Build. Defects, warranty and payments are set in your proposal. Your proposal sets out the contracting parties, the scope by group, payments, milestones and who rectifies each part. Completion, dates and rectification obligations are the ones set in your contract.
