- ELS site measurementFrom RM300 in Sibu (RM500 outstation) excl. SST · a technical survey, creditable on confirmation; free for selected Sibu or confirmed ALUMAX projects.

Consultation, measurement or design support fees may be credited toward a confirmed ELS or ALUMAX-managed project, subject to the approved scope and confirmation terms.
The ELS whole-property harmonization fee is charged up front and credited in full against your ALUMAX order once confirmed eligible cabinetry reaches RM50,000.
How the privilege worksThe credit applies on qualifying — it is not a refund if the qualifying threshold is never reached. Product prices are ALUMAX's; ELS prices only its own design, specification and coordination.
Product engineering, approved production, quality control, delivery, installation and product warranty — production routed through selected manufacturing partners under ALUMAX specification and QC.
Design, specification and coordination across multiple products/trades.
Electrical, plumbing, tiling, ceiling, waterproofing and specialist works unless explicitly included in the quotation.
