Design, specification & coordination
- Style AdaptationFrom RM800 excl. SST · a coherent look for an ALUMAX product order.for one room · Four rooms RM2,800. Each room beyond the fourth is RM800.
- Design + SpecificationFrom RM1,600 excl. SST · a documented room-by-room spec, checked against the measured site.for one room · Four rooms RM5,600. Each room beyond the fourth is RM1,600.
- Renovation CoordinationProject basis · each trade's information coordinated to one approved scope.
- ELS technical site surveyFrom RM300 in Sibu (RM500 outstation) excl. SST. Credited in full against a qualifying confirmation within 60 days — conditions apply.
You cross from free to paid the moment you ask ELS to author your design — to draw and specify a scope trades can build from.
Choosing products and getting routed stays free. Configuration is included. Design authorship is charged.
Your paid ELS site-measurement fee is credited in full, once, when within 60 calendar days of the survey you confirm either an ELS appointment of RM1,600 or more, or an ALUMAX supply-and-install order of RM10,000 or more. Confirmation requires acceptance and deposit.
One credit per site or project. Non-transferable, no cash value, and it cannot exceed the qualifying invoice.
ALUMAX supplies and installs its defined product families when they suit the specification — product engineering, approved production, quality control, delivery, installation and product warranty.
Design, specification and coordination across multiple products/trades.
Electrical, plumbing, tiling, ceiling, waterproofing and specialist works. Independent specialist works are not included within ALUMAX's scope unless a separate contracting arrangement has been expressly established and approved for that category of work.
