Cream Luxury

Soft luxury without visual excess.

Cream, champagne and refined stone patterns create a premium atmosphere without relying on loud marble, heavy ornament or excessive gold.

What this style controls

This style controls colour, pattern and finish — timber tone, cabinet finish, stone pattern, metal, glass and hardware. It does not fix your floor plan. Layout, dimensions, openings, circulation, storage and M&E are adapted to your actual property.

Why this style works

Under Sarawak's usual bright overcast sky, pure white joinery reads grey and shows every shadow join; cream carries enough pigment to stay warm at midday and, because it began warm, does not announce the yellowing that white lacquer eventually shows — the drift happens either way, but cream absorbs it instead of reporting it. That is the honest argument for it. The cost is tolerance: this is the least forgiving of the ELS styles in a wet, dusty, daily-mopped house, which is why it belongs where the air is conditioned and the floor is spared the daily mop.

Approved sourcing matrix

One approved build, component by component.

One approved way to build Cream Luxury — a nominated master cream every other surface is matched to, honed stone on working surfaces, brushed PVD champagne metal, with floor, paint, curtains and lighting to the ELS requirement.

Main cabinetry (dry)ALUMAXSoft oak or muted walnut with cream lacquer fronts; any sheen above satin only on a balanced-construction panel, never where light grazes the face.ALUMAX code confirmed on the finishes catalogue.Primary
Wet-zone cabinetryALUMAXACP or honeycomb aluminium in matched cream; run the kickboard in aluminium or ACP, never painted board (a painted board shows a tide line within a year).ALUMAX code confirmed on the finishes catalogue.Conditional
