When the showroom opens

When it opens, your samples are prepared before you arrive.

Once the showroom opens, a session there is worth having when it settles something. This is the agenda for yours — your room, the exact finishes and hardware to lay out, and the decisions still open — built from what you have already saved, so the session starts where you left off instead of at the beginning.

ELS prepares the pack because ELS holds the brief. ALUMAX runs the session, supplies the products and sets the figures. See everything on your ELS Design Brief →

The 10-stage delivery journey, start to finish

The same ten steps across ELS, ALUMAX and Design.

  1. ExploreWork out what you are trying to achieve, and which of the three sites answers it.
  2. DecideCompare the real options and save each choice with its effect on use, cost direction and looks.
  3. EstimateALUMAX configures the products and shows a starting price — before anyone has seen your site.
  4. ShowroomYou handle the exact finishes and hardware, and what the session settles — and what it does not — is written down.
  5. MeasuredReal dimensions and site conditions replace every assumption the plan was built on.
  6. ApprovedYou sign off the drawing and the scope. What is excluded is written down, not assumed.
  7. Deposit paidsale concludesThe deposit concludes the sale, releases fabrication and locks your place in the schedule.
  8. ProduceYour items are fabricated to the approved drawing.
  9. InstallInstallation runs against the sequence, with each hand-off gated before the next trade starts.
  10. QCThe checklist is signed, snags are cleared, and the care and warranty pack is handed over.

ELS plans and validates the room. ALUMAX supplies, prices and installs its own products. A figure shown before the site measurement is a starting estimate; the number you pay is priced against the approved drawing.
