Cara ELS berfungsi

Skop & tanggungjawab, dibuat jujur.

Choose the engagement

Three ways to work with ELS, by how much help the project needs.

Every route is led by ELS and adds scope as the project gets harder — from resolving the design, to having ALUMAX supply it, to coordinating every trade to one plan.

ELS
Design + Specification
You need the design resolved
2
ELS + ALUMAX
Design + Product
…supplied and installed too
3
ELS Coordination
Whole Renovation
Several trades affect one another
Best for
Layout · style · material · moisture-zone · lighting · budget decisions
A resolved design you also want made and fitted, with one product interface
Multi-trade work · wet areas · sequencing · whole-room / whole-home risk
The trigger
The product may be known, but the design decisions aren't
You want ELS's spec built by ALUMAX under one product warranty
Cabinets, services and building works interact and must be sequenced
What ELS does
Designs & specifies — layout, materials by zone, lighting & M&E intentions; issues the spec pack + drawings
The same design authorship; the ELS spec drives the ALUMAX quotation
Coordinates sequence, interfaces, changes & QC checkpoints across every trade
What ALUMAX does
Optional — quotes the product separately against ELS's spec (any supplier can)
Supplies · installs · warrants its products to the approved spec (FLYHOME RTA + made-to-spec)
Separately quotes & supplies its products — one of the coordinated trades
Specialist trades
Not coordinated — you appoint & manage electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc.
Not coordinated — appointed separately if needed
Coordinated by ELS — each trade separately quotes · executes · tests · warrants its scope
Measurement
ELS technical survey where required
ALUMAX product measure + ELS technical survey
ELS technical survey + ALUMAX product measurements
Documents you receive
ELS design / specification pack + drawings + material schedule
…that, plus the ALUMAX quotation + product shop drawing
…plus trade matrix · coordination sheets · approval checklist · variation control · QC + handover records
Coordination depth
Design & specification — no multi-trade site coordination
Product interface coordinated; other trades stay separate
Full — sequence, interfaces, hold-points & handover to one plan
Pricing structure
An ELS design-authorship fee — a service fee, not a construction price
ELS fee + a separate ALUMAX product quotation
ELS coordination priced on a project basis; ALUMAX + trades quoted separately
You approve
Layout · materials · M&E intentions · drawings
…plus the product quotation · shop drawings
Scope · drawings · materials · work packages · prices · programme
Not automatically included
Product supply, installation, trade execution & site coordination
Multi-trade site coordination (until you step up to Coordination)
Trade labour & ALUMAX product supply unless separately quoted
Choose this when…
The product is clear but the design still needs resolving
You want the design built by ALUMAX with one product-warranty interface
Several trades must follow one approved plan
⚠︎

A product quotation is not a whole-renovation quotation.

An ALUMAX product quotation covers ALUMAX's products only. An ELS fee is a design / coordination service fee — never the renovation construction price.

Service route and product tier are different decisions.

The route is how much ELS does. Essential · Signature · Bespoke is a separate axis — the ALUMAX product specification level. FLYHOME is ALUMAX's own Ready-to-Assemble modular cabinetry, supplied and warranted by ALUMAX.

Responsibility, drawn out

The same split, as diagrams

How responsibility is split across ALUMAX, ELS and the appointed trades — the whole-project map, the per-project swimlanes, and the ownership breakdowns. Illustrative diagrams, not photographs or a claim of completed work. Open any one for the full size.
