1. Siapa kami

"ELS by ALUMAX" (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a renovation design, specification and coordination studio operated by ALUMAX Office & Home Living Sdn Bhd, based in Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia. This website is https://els.alumax.pro. We are the party responsible for the personal data described here.

2. Data yang kami kumpul

Maklumat yang anda berikan kepada kami. When you submit the Renovation Pre-Check, a contact form, or message us, we collect your name and contact details (phone or email), the project details you choose to share (such as property type, spaces, concerns, budget expectations and timeline), and any photos or documents sent to us via WhatsApp or email.

Maklumat yang dikumpulkan secara automatik. As you browse, we collect pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and the source that referred you — including campaign parameters (UTM tags) and click identifiers such as gclid (Google) and fbclid (Facebook) — together with how you interact with our tools, using cookies and analytics.

3. Bagaimana kami menggunakan data anda

4. Persetujuan anda

By submitting a form or enquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described here. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer assist with your enquiry.

5. Dengan siapa kami berkongsi

We share your data only as needed to respond to you and deliver your project, with:

• ALUMAX Office & Home Living Sdn Bhd (ALUMAX) — for product supply, site measurement and installation — and appointed trade partners engaged for your project.
• Penyedia perkhidmatan yang memproses data bagi pihak kami: pengehosan laman web (Vercel), analitik (Google Analytics dan Google Tag Manager), pemesejan (WhatsApp Business, disediakan oleh Meta), penghantaran e-mel (Resend), serta sistem rekod / CRM kami (Airtable).
• Services processing data for ELS: Cloudflare R2 (file and record storage), Zapier (enquiry forwarding), and intelligence.alumax.pro (site-use and enquiry events, no visitor name or contact).

Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda.

6. Kuki, analitik & peranti anda

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure our marketing. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

Some tools (such as the Renovation Pre-Check) also save your answers in your browser's local storage so you can return to them later. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you choose to submit; you can clear it any time through your browser.

7. Google Sign-In

The free account that opens the Design Library and the Coordination Blueprint uses Google Sign-In, so signing in involves Google. When you choose “Continue with Google”, you sign in on Google's own page, and Google may show you what it will share with this website — your basic profile and email address — before you continue. ELS never sees your Google password.

What ELS receives. The basic profile and email address Google shares for sign-in, including your name, your email address, whether Google has verified that address, a link to your Google profile picture, and Google's identifier for your account. ELS asks Google for nothing else in your Google Account.

Why. To create and secure your free account — it opens only for an email address Google has verified — and to recognise you when you return.

Where it is kept. In an encrypted session cookie on your device, holding your name, email address, profile picture link and the verified flag, with a random sign-in identifier. Google's identifier for your account and Google's access tokens are not kept. ELS has no account database: the free account is not stored on ELS's servers.

How long. The session lasts 30 days from when you sign in. When it ends, or when you sign out, the cookie is removed and you are asked to sign in again.

Disconnecting. Sign out on this website — the Sign out link appears on the Design Library's room pages and the Coordination Blueprint while you are signed in — and remove this website's access from the third-party apps and services connected to your Google Account. Removing access at Google does not sign out a device that is already signed in here, so sign out there as well.

Deleting your data. Because ELS keeps no account record, signing out removes what the free account holds. An enquiry you have sent us is kept as described under “Data retention & transfers”; to ask us to delete it, or with any question about your sign-in data, contact us using the details below.

8. Pengekalan & pemindahan data

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver your project, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Some of our service providers process data on servers outside Malaysia; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.

9. Keselamatan

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Hak anda

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, limit its processing, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Kanak-kanak

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

12. Perubahan kepada notis ini

We may update this notice from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
